1. Your Photo
in my colors processes your photo entirely within your browser using on-device AI. Your photo is never transmitted to, stored on, or processed by our servers. When you close or refresh the page, the photo is permanently discarded from memory.
2. Account Data
If you create an account, we store the following securely via Supabase:
- • Your email address and encrypted password
- • Your saved colour analysis results (season, palette, metrics)
- • Your purchase tier (to grant access to paid features)
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Creem, our payment provider. in my colors receives only your email address and purchase confirmation — we never see or store your card details. Creem's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
If you begin a checkout and do not complete your purchase, Creem may use the email address you entered to send a one-time reminder within 24 hours.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to operate the service — authenticating your account, delivering the features you purchased, and sending transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset). We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to operate our infrastructure (Supabase for authentication and storage, Resend for email delivery, Creem for payment processing).
5. Cookies & Storage
in my colors uses session storage to temporarily retain your analysis results during your browsing session, and secure cookies to maintain your login session. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Signed-in users can delete all saved analyses directly from their account page. To request full account deletion or a data export, contact us at [email protected].
